Mrs. Hinds is a Master’s Level Licensed Clinician with over 10 years of experience in multiple treatment modalities, cultures, and ethnicities. She began her career in substance abuse counseling in 2010 in various settings including residential, outpatient, and private practice. Her Master's Degree was obtained in Human Services from Springfield College in 2013, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a 3.9 GPA. She is a member of the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) and the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals (TAAP). Mrs. Hinds is also a Board Certified Telehealth Professional expertise in credentialing clinical professionals. She is trained and certified in facilitating the Thinking For A Change (T4C) Program. This program is court-mandated and offered in correctional facilities and offenders on probation. Mrs. Hinds is a member of the Chi Upsilon Chi Chapter of the Chi Sigma Iota counseling honor society requiring a GPA of 3.5 and above. She is also certified by the Texas Medical Board as a AcuDetox Specialist. Mrs. Hinds has a skillful ear and listens to the core needs of an individual and their family. Operating from a place of sincerity and with a genuine heart of compassion, she strategically integrates therapeutic approaches that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Mr. Hinds has a wealth of experience in I.T and Accounting, as well as extensive business knowledge from over 35 years in business. He has operated as Discover and Recover's CFO and CTO since it was founded. Mr. Hinds brings his knowledge to education classes, providing his expertise in finance to Life Skills class in Financial Management. Mr. Hinds is also a certified Thinking for a Change facilitator, regularly facilitating Discover and Recover's innovative Thinking for a Change program.
